Show us your moves Canada – Join Coach Lynn Kanuka for FREE running programs
Lynn Kamuka knows all about movement. As a runner, she has raced all over the world winning medals at the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, and World Championships. In fact, she’s held every Canadian middle distance running record. (But she’s most proud to say she has 4 Gold Medals in raising four children!)
In Lynn’s professional life, she has enjoyed off-shoots of her running career as a business owner, television analyst, event coordinator, motivational speaker, and personal, corporate and performance athletics coach.
Lynn’s goal for over 30 years has been to inspire people of all ages and ability levels through physical fitness; to take steps toward better health, achieve personal goals, and be active and happy. And now she helps others achieve their fitness and life dreams… she shares her expertise online through her 3 running programs. Come try one out! No matter what your goals are, she’ll get you to your finish line. #showusyourmoves Canada!
