Free Workouts for Everyone and Canadian 24-hour Movement Guidelines
2 guided-virtual workouts*
June 5th at 10 AM and 2 PM EST.
These virtual workouts are designed to be appropriate for people of all skill levels and abilities**. They will be led by CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologists™ (CSEP-CEP's). The 2 individuals leading the event have worked with populations related to cancer treatment and many other chronic conditions and will explain things in an easy to understand manner and provide options for each exercise.
Content includes a 5-10 minute discussion covering the Canadian 24-hour movement guidelines and 45-minute workout designed to be as accessible as possible. No registration required to join.
